A new performance management process now supports employee growth and professional development.
The online training platform has been deployed across all Group locations and functions, providing a multilingual learning catalogue.
Our commitment to continuous learning has enabled the Group to achieve an average of at least six training hours per employee.
Health and prevention awareness has been promoted through dedicated initiatives and training courses on the use of defibrillators, including the new company AED.
The systematic collection of customer feedback through dedicated surveys supports continuous quality improvement and higher satisfaction levels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
